How do I find what I need?
Browse the catalog by category (pipes, fittings, cement, POP, tools, paint, roofing) or use search. Every product shows its unit, per bag, per length, per piece, so you know exactly what you're pricing.
Are all products priced online?
The website lists materials with a current shop price. Items we price live at the counter stay off the catalogue — message us on WhatsApp for those, or visit the shop.
Are the listed prices final?
Listed prices are our current shop prices in GHS. For bulk orders (full projects, sites), message us on WhatsApp, bulk pricing is agreed directly.
Buying & Collection
How do I buy?
Add priced items to your cart on the website, leave your name and phone, and choose pickup or delivery. Or visit the shop at Lakeside Estate, Community 8 and buy at the counter.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery around Accra can be arranged when you order. Enter your address at checkout — staff confirm the delivery fee before dispatch.
Can I reserve materials?
Place an online order or send your list on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability and hold fast-moving items for same-day collection.
Payments
Do I pay online?
No card or MoMo checkout on the site. After you place an order, we call or WhatsApp to confirm payment (MoMo, cash, or bank), then you collect or we deliver.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT), and bank transfer, paid at the shop or on delivery. Every sale gets a printed receipt.
Do you give receipts?
Always. Every purchase is rung through our till system and you receive a numbered receipt, keep it for returns and warranty claims.
Returns & Quality
What if materials are damaged or wrong?
Check your materials at the counter or on delivery. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, bring it back with your receipt and we'll exchange it.
Do you stock genuine brands?
Yes, Interplast and Sintex pipes, Empire and Ghacem cement, Bolema tools and more. We buy from official distributors.
Laundry Service
Al Boyut has a laundry?
Yes, a full laundry service (wash, dry, iron, express) runs alongside the materials shop. Drop off your clothes, pay a deposit, and we'll WhatsApp you when they're ready.
How do I track my laundry order?
Your drop-off ticket has an order number, use the laundry tracking page or message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you the stage your order is at.
